Splits non-starch polysaccharid, enhances filter membrane's service efficiency when producing purified draft beer's process, prolongs work life of membrane. Eliminates the turbidity as cold, prolongs the guarantee period of the product. Advances the ratio of saccharification

β-dextranase: 8,000 IU/g
Xylanase: 3,500 IU/g
Cellulose: 3,000 IU/g
