1) Functions:
Breaks down xylan or pentosan. Decreases the viscosity of the wort. Solves turbidity
by xylan or pentosan. Especially applies to wheat beer or beer ghcoamylase technology with wheat and filter membranes clean

2) Enzymatic activities:
Xylanase: 5, 000IU/g (ml)
Enzymatic activity (IU): in the condition of temperature 50°C, pH6.5, hydrolyzes
the oat-xylan (10mg/ml) to produces 1μ mol reducing sugar (xylose) in
one minute to consume the dose of enzyme is IU

3) Dosage:
Recommended dosage: 100-300g/MT wheat germ

4) Product feature:
Solid type is light yellow power, liquid type is brown red, pH range is pH5.0-7.0,
temperature range is 30-50°C

5) Application range:
Applies to brew technology, for instance, beer brew

6) Storage:
The product should be kept in cold and dry environment with temperature (≤20°C), and best to preserve in 4-8°C

7) Guarantee period:
Shelf life of the solid enzyme preparation is 12 months and the liquid enzyme preparation is 6 months when stored under definite condition
