1)Product features:

The product can rapidly fade the surface of fabrics, produce a unique texture, and remove fuzz and balls on fabric surface. It can partially or completely replacepumices during denim processing. The product offers medium back-staining. The cellulase process greatly reduces the labor cost and equipment wearing, shortens the process time, reduces wastewater effluent and there better for the environment. 

2)Product activity

800 IU/ml

One IU is defined as the amount of enzyme required to release a micromole of glucose or xylose equivalent from oat spelt xylan at 50 C and pH 4.8.

3)Application conditions:Dose: 1.2-2.5% (volume of enzyme/weight of treated fabrics, based on the treated material or adjusted according specific requirements)

  Liquid to good ratio: 5-15L/kg treated material.

4)Process temperature: 45-55 C .  

  Process time:30-60min   LiquidpH:4.5-5.0.  

5)Storage:The product should be kept in cold, dark and dry environment with temperature below 25 C without direct sunlight. The product is guaranteed to retain the specified level of activity for 6 months when kept under 25 C in the original sealedcontainers.      

6)Packing:Standard packing: 30kg plastic barrel.
