Functions:
The product decreases the viscosity of the wort, increases the speed of filtrating
and the clarification of the wort Splits non-starch polysaccharid, enhances filter

membrane's service efficiency when  producing purified draft beer's process,

prolongs work life of membrane  Eliminates the turbidity as cold, prolongs

the guarantee period of the product   Advances the ratio of saccharification.

Enzymatic activities:
β-dextranase: 8,000 IU/g
Xylanase: 3,500 IU/g
Cellulase: 3,000 IU/g

Dosage:
Recommended dosage is 100-150 ml/ton dry wheat germs. Resolves with 40-60°C water
of saccharfication. Then add the solution into the fermenters
